The procedure involves the precise injection of a hyaluronic acid product into the labia majora. Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally present in tissues — it binds water, which can improve skin hydration and firmness. Administered as a filler, it restores volume to the labia that may have lost fullness due to ageing, post-partum changes, or weight loss. The procedure is outpatient — the patient returns home the same day.
As with any filler procedure, possible side effects include: swelling, bruising, and tenderness at the injection site (usually resolving within a few days), transient asymmetry, or palpability of the product under the skin. Less commonly: nodularity requiring correction, infection at the injection site, reaction to the product. In rare cases, vascular complications requiring immediate medical intervention are possible. The full risk profile is discussed individually by the doctor during the eligibility consultation.
Labia majora rejuvenation with hyaluronic acid may be considered by women who:
The procedure is not a form of treatment for sexual dysfunctions or gynaecological conditions requiring diagnosis. The doctor individually assesses whether the procedure is the appropriate course of action.
These are two different procedures with different indications that can complement each other:
In some cases, both procedures may be used together or sequentially — the decision is made by the doctor during a consultation, after assessing the individual needs and anatomy of the patient.
Full eligibility assessment is conducted by the doctor during a consultation.
The doctor takes a medical history, assesses tissue condition, discusses expectations, and informs about the risks and limitations of the procedure. Selects the type and amount of product.
Before the product is administered, local anaesthesia is applied to the treatment area, reducing the experienced discomfort.
The doctor precisely injects the HA product into the labia majora. The procedure takes approximately 30–45 minutes.
The doctor provides recommendations regarding conduct, restrictions, and observation of symptoms that should prompt contact with the clinic.
After the procedure, an increase in volume and improvement in the tone of the labia majora may be visible. The effect of improved tissue hydration may persist for some time after the product is absorbed — hyaluronic acid stimulates local water binding in tissue. The duration of effects is approximately 6–12 months, depending on the type of product and individual predispositions. The intensity and nature of results are individual.
After the effects subside, the procedure can be repeated — the decision is made by the patient after discussion with the doctor.
After the procedure, swelling, mild bruising, or tenderness at the injection site may occur — these usually resolve within a few days. Post-procedure recommendations:

The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia, which significantly reduces the experienced discomfort. The intensity of sensations during the injection is individual. Mild tenderness lasting a few days may occur after the procedure.
Avoiding sexual activity for 7–10 days after the procedure is recommended. The exact abstinence period is determined individually by the doctor after the procedure.
Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure correcting the shape, size, and symmetry of the labia. Hyaluronic acid rejuvenation is non-surgical and primarily addresses the loss of volume and hydration of the labia majora. Both procedures can complement each other in an individual treatment plan — the doctor assesses indications during a consultation.
The procedure price starts from 1,200 PLN. The final cost depends on the amount and type of HA product used and is determined during the consultation. The eligibility consultation may be priced separately — ask at registration.
