What does the procedure involve?
Zabieg polega na wstrzyknięciu preparatu z kwasem hialuronowym w tkanki prącia w celu zwiększenia jego obwodu. Hyaluronic acid jest resorbowalnym składnikiem naturalnie obecnym w organizmie, dobrze tolerowanym przez tkanki. Procedura jest ambulatoryjna i wykonywana w znieczuleniu miejscowym — bez nacięć i hospitalizacji.
The increase in volume is visible immediately after the procedure. Temporary swelling may occur for several days; once it subsides, the final result stabilises. The procedure does not change penile length and affects girth only.
Who is this procedure for?
The procedure may be considered by men who wish to increase penile girth using a non-surgical method, without implants and without harvesting their own tissue. When can I return to normal activities and sexual intercourse?
Light everyday activities can usually be resumed relatively soon after the procedure. It is generally recommended to avoid strenuous physical activity for 5–7 days and sexual intercourse for approximately one week. The doctor provides individual instructions.
How does this method differ from lipofilling and PLLA?
Hyaluronic acid (HA) to resorbowalny wypełniacz — efekt jest odwracalny, nie wymaga pobrania własnej tkanki ani operacji. PLLA (poly-L-lactic acid) acts as a longer-lasting biostimulator. Lipofilling (autologous fat) requires harvesting the patient’s own fat tissue but eliminates the risk of a reaction to synthetic material.
