Glans enlargement with hyaluronic acid is a procedure within aesthetic urology, in which precise injections of hyaluronic acid — a biocompatible substance naturally present in tissues — increase the volume and improve the appearance of the glans while preserving a natural look and sensation.

Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally present in the body's connective tissues. As a filler in aesthetic urology it is a resorbable material — gradually absorbed by the tissues — which means the effect is not permanent, but the procedure can be repeated. The substance is well tolerated in the biological environment, which is verified during qualification and discussed with the patient individually.

PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) is an autologous method — it uses material obtained from the patient's own blood and works by stimulating tissue regeneration. The choice of method is discussed with the doctor during consultation.
When can I return to sexual activity?
Sexual abstinence is recommended for 7–10 days after the procedure. Precise recommendations — including when to resume specific activities — are set by the doctor individually.
